CineVibe is an OTT platform that offers movies, web series, short films, and audiobooks for streaming. Some content is free; other titles require a one-time purchase or other fee as shown on the platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details (such as mobile number and password).
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for accounts and viewing choices for children or minors.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Licence to use content

• Purchased or unlocked content is licensed for personal, non-commercial streaming on devices linked to your account.
• You may not copy, download (unless we explicitly allow it), redistribute, sell, or publicly perform content.
• All trademarks, logos, and media on CineVibe remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Payments

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (e.g. PayGlocal). Successful payment unlocks the selected title.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Share accounts in a way that abuses access or circumvents payment
• Upload malware or use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Harass others or misuse support channels

6. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content availability, features, and pricing may change. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Disclaimer
